..bridging the gap between your Conscious and Subconscious Mind.
by Nivedita Mehta from Blissful Mantra (Melbourne, Australia)
Is your body speaking to you with any physical symptoms? If so, write them down now on a piece of paper and rate each symptom on a scale of 0-10. . 0 being nothing at all and 10 being unbearable.
Next, I would like you to imagine for a moment, a situation in your life that makes you feel stressed/worried or is challenging. Ask yourself what happened or did not happen no matter what or where it takes you. No matter who or what you think about. After that, check the emotion that comes up at this time and rate it on a scale of 0-10.
Given the opportunity to create your life or even a single moment from your heart’s true desire, would you ever choose to create a day or a moment feeling the emotion you have just recorded above?? Would you ever choose to create a day experiencing the physical symptoms you have listed?
And if your answer is NEVER, but you are feeling this way and experiencing these emotions/physical symptoms then we know that if you are not consciously choosing it then you are in fact reacting subconsciously. The only reactive essence of our selves is the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind knows only how to repetitively react without any discernment. It is a survival mechanism whose sole purpose is to protect us from harm and danger. However, this reactive mechanism is outdated as the perceived threat in your current reality is but a shade of the first time you ever felt this way. No wonder we all have patterns in our lives, relationships or health concerns. This pattern is no longer useful to us and it’s akin to paying for an expensive alarm system in a house you no longer live. Why? Because you are now an adult with the tools, strategies and abilities to handle life which you did not have when you first created this reactive pattern. The main reason the subconscious reaction is so painful or challenging is because it is alerting you that you are now ready to step into your own power.
The LifeLine Technique (LLT) developed by Dr Darren Weissman (www.drdarrenweissman.com) is a revolutionary technique that bridges the gap between the conscious and the subconscious mind. The invisible barrier that the subconscious mind has created in your life, which is preventing you from living your life with intention, joy and love, is harmonized so that you can start living the life you want instead of a life of reactions and self-sabotaging behavior patterns. The LLT is made up of more than 14 different healing modalities including NLP, Ayurveda, Color Therapy, Chakras, Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, amongst others.
The LLT is content-free, which means you do not have to reveal any information that you feel uncomfortable talking about and sharing. The primary diagnostic tool used in LLT is Muscle Reflex Testing (MRT). MRT is an automatic, autonomic pattern of reaction, which is triggered through any one of your senses. It is quick and non-invasive and assesses any imbalance within your mind, body and spirit with a laser like efficiency. MRT is carried out on your arm and can be tested on anyone irrespective of age or physical disability.
